Built in 2016, the Union Hill House sits at the site of the historic Union Hill town center, only a few miles from Burton, Texas. A state historic marker on the site tells the story of the town of Union Hill in the 19th century. While the town is no longer there, the original schoolhouse has now been restored as a cabin for guests - alongside the new four bedroom property.
